3.2 Payments must be made according to the agreed terms in the sourcing agreement.

3.3 Non-refundable fees apply where the client withdraws without a valid reason.

4. Investor Responsibilities

4.1 Investors must provide accurate and up-to-date information regarding their investment preferences and financial capabilities.

4.2 Once a property deal is agreed upon, investors are responsible for engaging with solicitors and financial advisors to complete the transaction.

5. Data Protection & Marketing Consent

5.1 By filling out forms on our Website, you agree that we may collect and process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

5.2 You also consent to receiving marketing communications from us, which you can opt out of at any time.

6. Limitation of Liability

6.1 We provide information about property investments based on our best knowledge and due diligence. However, we do not guarantee future property values or rental yields.

6.2 We are not liable for any losses incurred due to investment decisions made based on our recommendations.

7. Cancellations & Complaints

7.1 If an investor wishes to cancel their engagement, they must notify us in writing.

7.2 Complaints must be submitted via our official complaints procedure before taking any legal action.

8. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be settled in the relevant UK courts.
